On June 18, shortly after Rockstar Games revealed the official Grand Theft Auto 6 cover art, the White House's official Twitter account posted its own version of the artwork featuring President Donald Trump and his "Make America Great Again" slogan rendered in the classic GTA font. The image, likely generated with AI, mimicked the pink and purple hues of the real GTA 6 artwork and featured four different Trump poses. Kotaku's Zack Zwiezen reported that the post appeared timed to distract from the Reflecting Pool, which had turned green with algae less than a month after a presidential paint job, and from visible peeling of that recent fix.
